District Operations & Finance Coordinator
The District Operations & Finance Coordinator is the primary administrative role at South Arkansas Fire Protection District. This position supports the financial, personnel, and day-to-day operations that keep the District running.
This is a hands-on role focused on finance, billing, and payroll, requiring strong attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
Working closely with the Fire Chief and leadership team, this position plays a key role in supporting firefighters and ensuring the District operates smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Manage billing, payroll, and financial records
- Support hiring, onboarding, and personnel administration
- Track expenses, payments, and budgets
- Assist with grants and operational support
