How to Request a Permit

Please ensure that you are in-compliance with all requirements per Chaffee County Ordiance No. 2025-03 prior to submitting a permit.

** SAFPD personnel will contact you within one week to schedule a site visit**

 

If your permit is approved, you must notify the Chaffee County Sheriff's Office on the non-emergency line at 719-539-2596 before you burn.
